Our new NoMa location is our newest student housing building. While living at UniversityHaus NoMa @ The Washington Center, you'll experience D.C. like a local. Every UniversityHaus NoMa apartment is a fully furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit. Choose the configuration that fits your priorities and budget, both include the same fully furnished apartments, building amenities, resident services, and programming access.

Shared Bedroom - $1350-$1400/mo

Best for students who: prioritize budget, want an active built-in community, and don't mind sharing space.

Live with three other students in a 2BD/2BA unit configured as four beds. You'll share a bedroom and bathroom with one roommate, and share the kitchen, dining, and living areas with all four residents. It's the most social, community-driven way to live at NoMa and the most affordable entry point to the building's full amenity package.

Private Bedroom $2300-$2350/mo

Best for students who: prioritize privacy, focus, and a quieter living rhythm.

Live with one other student in a 2BD/2BA unit configured as two beds. Each resident has their own private bedroom and private bathroom, only the kitchen, dining, and living areas are shared. It's the privacy of a one-bedroom with the rent efficiency of a shared apartment, designed for students who need quiet study space and personal space at the end of the day.

Apartments come move-in ready: bed and dresser for each resident, living and dining furniture, in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher, and a kitchen stocked with pots, pans, and basic cutlery.
