Each unit is 300 SF and is purposely designed with custom space-saving furniture, high ceilings and large windows with city views that fill the room with natural light. In addition, each double occupancy studio has an en-suite bathroom with a custom kitchenette equipped with a bar sink, microwave, and a refrigerator. The unit provides ample storage, including two closets, two desks, additional underbed storage, and a floor-to-ceiling privacy wall separating the two beds.
Located in one of NYC's safest and most student-friendly neighborhoods, within close proximity to popular restaurants, retail, and cultural venues, as well as a wide range of transit options.
